“Families in Balance: Eradicating poverty and promoting prosperity ensuring that
No Family is Left Behind”
On January 1st 2016, the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals and Targets, adopted by the world leaders on September 2015 at an historic UN Summit, officially came into force. Over the next 15 years, with these new goals that universally apply to all, countries and societies will mobilize efforts to end all forms of poverty, fight inequalities and tackle climate change while ensuring that no one is left behind.
The 2016 World Family Summit – “Families in Balance: Eradicating poverty and promoting prosperity ensuring that no Family is left behind”, is a beginning of a new era which can transform how the future unfolds for the Families all over the world.
Let’s welcome once again the opportunity in 2016 to initiate another cycle towards the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and a new perspective for families.
We look forward to seeing you in São Paulo!
